Cons
They will give you extra responsibilities and you will see you no pay increase. No work life balance whatsoever. You will have to use your personal Facebook account for store group chats. They promise new roles that will incorporate your other talents but these roles do not exist so do not get your hopes up. We didn't have free water for over a year, we had to buy it from the supermarket. If you complain about management, they will "constructively dismiss" you out of your job, This happened to all three managers before me. It's very much stores versus management, yet they preach "one team". Minimum pay (even after "pay-rises"), and the discount doesn't pay your rent . Irregular hours with less than 12 hours notice for next week's roster mostly. Sometimes only have 3 hours of work a week.
