Pros
Fun environment, chatting to customers about video games. Make some good friends with colleges. Easy to bond with shared interests. Pretty easy job once you know what you are doing.
Cons
Upper management were terrible. So many clueless, rude and arrogant field managers. State bosses are terrible too. It’s a company that promotes a lot on popularity rather than competency. HR always sides with the higher power. Good luck complaining about someone in a higher position than you.
