Pros
a genuine company, something that is hard to find in todays global markets. A company that wants to move forward and set trends that will make it the envy of its competitors. A company that cares about its employees so much it can be nearly to its own detriment.
Cons
To slow to capitalise on change, needs to understand better that it is not in competition with other big suppliers but with the small innovators who are prepared to take risks to redefine the relationship with customers, businesses and even it's own industry
