      Good salary, great work culture and flexible working encouraged (although this may depend on departments)

      Cons

      Sometimes feels too big. Signing off a project often takes longer than needed due to how many teams there are.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
