Disheartening - Analyst E.ON Employee Review

Because of merger with npower and previous roles became nonexistent. Mapped to roles that seemed ok on paper and now in the role it’s disheartening. No communication from management, lots of numbers thrown at you with overarching expectations, little training offered but expected to pick up quickly and work. Leaders not interested in supporting, peoples wellbeing. Only interested in churn out, time management, micromanaging. Not the eon I knew and loved.
