      Pros

      In Romania the company has being having a big financial potential and great development in the gas and electricity domestic market since 2005.

      Cons

      Even if the company is always promoting a better changing strategy related to the challenging future in the global market energy, the Group doesn't have a clear one at least in Romania. What is the better understood at the mid level of the structure is outsourcing of the services and the reducing of the personnel.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
