      Inept inexperienced management. Nepotism rife when recruiting. Totally process driven, anyone with a mind of their own will hate it.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
