Pros

Great for people with kids etc, quite flexible working schedule. Sickness policy is quite generous, 5 days counts as one illness

Cons

No notice on commission changes, once it was changed of Friday for Monday affecting almost everyone loosing £500 on average. Senior management doesn't care If you call in sick they will say our shrinkage is high no regards to personal health. Sales environment there is constant changes which they ususal mess up There is no incentive at all to work for the company except pay and commission which they changes almost every 3 months I left due to demotivation and constant changes, you cant budget

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
