Pros

Salary & Bonus Scheme Friendly environment Free parking Free tea and coffee Shift patterns are not too bad, latest is 8pm and no Sundays.

Cons

Not a serious con but breaks and lunches are monitored to the minute and additional comfort breaks can some times lead to conversations with management. (Especially with agency staff) Long serving colleagues take full advantage of sick pay and work the system so they're not reprimanded for this where as for agency staff it is very easy to hit a trigger when off sick. Again not specifically a con but longer serving colleagues make demands on seating, desking and special equipment. This is important for those who need it and is easy accessible for those who do but it's widely taken advantage of. There's been minimal progression opportunities.

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
