Pros
The absolutely best thing about Dynasis is Larry hands down. This man is one of the best leaders I had the pleasure to work for. Jorge was an amazing co-worker and mentor as I transitioned into the civilian sector. -They were very flexible with my schedule as I was in the Marine Corps Reserve. -Quarterly meetings were good for the visibility of what was happening inside the other departments and with clients. -Good Place to start entry level IT -Owners were very visible day to day and had an open door policy. -HR was always Prompt and proactive. -Occasional free lunch provided by the owners was good during busy times at the office.
Cons
-I worked on a hallway table for about a year. -Duties from leaving employees were just piled on to other employees (hiring the right positions was not an immediate concern). -No 401k match. -Was given service work to do but reprimanded for not having enough billable/project hours despite having 20-40 more combined monthly hours than other employees. -Dispatching was less than efficient, I was required to drive out of state on different occasions with very little notice and required to work 13 plus hours (plus the driving) on those occasions, because I was told I would not be reimbursed for a hotel. -Lack of client documentation. -More worried about making a sale than what was right for the client (before Larry was the Solutions Architect). -Was rushed to complete under quoted projects. -Not a good team atmosphere many employees have been taught to push blame versus working together as a team to solve issues and deficiencies. -I left to move to the corporate sector because of career growth and once I put in my three weeks notice almost everyone, outside of senior management, was rude and un-professional towards me that's why I chose not to come back when the corporate job didn't fit. -Was given 3-5 year old work shirts and was denied when I asked for new ones after working at the company for over a year, but the company was willing to buy a beer keg-arator, arcade machine, custom Dynasis Pool Table instead. -More work than life balance. -The company was not continuously proactive for their clients slightly more reactive.
