Pros
The amount of time off was fair and you could almost always have the time off you asked for. There were work gatherings a few times a year.
Cons
High stress and burn out typical with a help desk job. Insurance premiums were sky high. There are way too many relatives working at this small company. If you're not related or a close family friend, don't expect to make it far. I saw a number of good people get "let go" because they didn't fit in with the party atmosphere of upper management or had the guts to voice their opinion.
