Pros

There are some really good people in the company at least there were before the new executive team decided to restructure.

Cons

0 stars. In my experience, the company was highly disorganized with poor executive leadership, and the PE owner made decisions that seemed to hurt employees’ chances for long-term success. Feedback was consistently ignored and disregarded. I saw many colleagues leave and The former CEO was unexpectedly replaced with new leadership, which led to significant restructuring and team cuts. The new leadership only accelerated instability. Furthermore, several teams and individuals were brought into a call with the then CRO where they were told their positions would be safe and there is no reason to worry or start looking for next potential opportunities. It was also mentioned to me that there were issues with correct commission payouts after the restructuring took place. Furthermore I know several individuals who reported issues with other sales associates stepping into their territories and nothing would ever be done which affected compensation. If you’re looking for long-term stability or growth, I would recommend staying far away. (Also while unknown at the time, things like amount of deals closed, quota attainment, and several other important factors were drastically lied about during the hiring process which was extremely unprofessional especially from a company like this.)

Pros

None really -Some coworkers are supportive and try their best to help each other navigate the workload. The experience can teach you how to operate under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Leadership lacks organization, direction, and in many cases a clear understanding of the industry. Processes are constantly changing, cases are often mismanaged, and employees are left trying to figure things out without proper guidance. Workloads are consistently unrealistic and expectations are not aligned with available resources. Communication from management is often unclear or inconsistent, which creates confusion across teams and leads to unnecessary stress. The culture can feel exclusionary, with favoritism and what many employees describe as a “boys club” environment. Employees who raise concerns or ask for clarity often feel dismissed rather than supported. There is also little transparency around decisions that impact workloads and career progression. There is no clear path for growth or development, and turnover appears to be high as many employees leave due to burnout and frustration with leadership.
