When not completed these would be flagged in monthly audits as “underperforming” - Extreme micromanagement : Not permitted to leave the office unless for lunch or to go home. Anytime you try to communicate with colleagues even for a few minutes chat, your team lead will tell you to stop talking. Monthly audits with extremely unrealistic expectations. No career progression : Extremely limited opportunities to progress into different teams. Even when offered, incentive is highly lacking as it means a much higher workload for a small pay rise.
