It’s great to hear that you appreciated our vibrant, diverse work culture as a multinational company, as well as our talented and collaborative colleagues. We’re also happy to hear that you valued our dedicated leadership team and the many opportunities for growth and development, as well as competitive compensation.
To your comments on the product strategy and corporate environment, we’re working to continually improve our culture and support collaboration and transparency. As a high-growth technology company with ambitions for providing best-in-class GRC and ESG solutions on one unified platform we strive to provide the greatest possible impact for our clients. We are intensely focused on integrating our solutions and building out functionality as smoothly as we can — and that takes time.
Meanwhile, to improve transparency and cross-team communications, we’ve introduced tools like V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process), established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), monthly Town Halls, designated Slack channels, and fun team-building activities across our offices. And we are constantly looking for new ways to connect and support our colleagues!
