Pros

Compensation can be top notch if they really need you You don't need to work hard at all Galvanize folks are trying hard to make the culture more healthy

Cons

Leadership team (Budapest and New York) is as incompetent as it gets The Budapest office is horrible, not enough toilets, bad office equipment, tiny monitors Their whole ESG thing is a facade, the only thing they care about is profit Lot of bad coders as the company hired way too many people way too fast

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as it certainly does not reflect our goal to create an inclusive, engaging and positive work culture for all our team members. Regarding our ESG initiatives, we see this as a journey and we're working hard to improve our own footprint and influence the leaders we serve globally to do the same, and committing to being Net Zero by 2040. As we continue to grow and pursue ambitious goals for the future, we don’t always get it right, but we work together as a team to evolve and meet our high expectations for our products, our clients and our global impact. We would appreciate the chance to understand more context around your comments regarding our new Budapest office – as we are proud of our new offices which have been specifically designed for supporting the work of our teams while giving colleagues opportunities to network, socialize and learn together. But we also recognize that all the details might not be perfect. If you’d feel comfortable, we'd ask that you share more specific feedback with us through our confidential HR email, HRconfidential@diligent.com. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
