      The people are great, I love everyone I work with and have fun at work! Support is there when needed

      Cons

      Progression is slow, I've been in the same position for many years now despite my actual role changing significantly. No title change or pay rise.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
