Management cares about things you have going on in your life outside of work, they always do check ins with staff to see how we're feeling mentally and within the company. Very genuine energy that is not common these days in jobs.
Cons
Different personalities and attitudes within the team. Sometimes it is flat out hard to deal with and mentally draining. Clicky work environment, if you don't fit in you can feel left out.
