Pros
Salary is okay, but other banks pay more Canteen okay Some great benefits such as share options which are used to lure you in.
Cons
HR are a miserable and can be aggressive. I got to see this because I asked for a few improvements which virtually all other banks had (multi-faith rooms etc) Good staff and line manager can be found but ruined by everything else. Poor facilities, gym overcrowded (if you can get a place in the first place)
