First of all, the management there is very bad. Most of them don't have a clue how to manage software and they move up the ladder based on connections instead of competence. They have some big holes in their software process which tends to burn developers out or frustrate them beyond repair. The UK office basically runs the show so the US site feels they don't have much autonomy.
