Lots to learn and opportunities to handle major Responsibilities. Good Infrastructure and well maintained Office. Chance to move or get transferred across various cities in India.
Cons
excessive work load where one process executive is assigned workload of two people. Lack of Holidays Cant en cash - leaves.. so you either use them or lose them. Difficult to get Leaves sanctioned due to heavy workload.
