      Pros

      - Visionary executive team with solid execution plan to establish the company as the best in it's space. - Leading cloud technology - Lots of room for employs to contribute and grow - Management has vested interested in it's employees - Brand new shiny office and great company culture and company perks. Employees are proud to work here.

      Cons

      No cons so far. Company it hitting it's stride so maybe minor growing pains? But everyone company this at this stage goes through that.

      Pros

      I love this place so much, best company I have ever worked for in my sales career. You are able to be truly heard, no matter what level of tenure you are speaking to. It is remarkable how a corporate company of this size is able to operate in such a human way. I really love it here and have zero plans on leaving.

      Cons

      Our onboarding/training program is really lacking. If you are not a true self-starter and proactive to find the answers and learn the job mostly on your own or leaning on others, you will likely not succeed. I fortunately did not have this issue but it has been an issue for some.
