Pros
Co-workers were smart, competent, and willing to help each other out. Some flexibility in daily work schedules. Good location for commuting.
Cons
Poor morale due to many factors, including poor management, constant fear of layoffs, and overall lack of direction. Many of the truly good employees at this company have either left or are looking to leave. Horrible benefits. The products look like were created in the early 90's, no matter how "good" they are.
