Pros

-Highly impactful products, giving a strong sense of purpose and satisfaction -Very capable people work here for the most part -Company encourages good work life balance and appropriate rewards

Cons

-Frequently shifting strategy with weak follow through leads to change fatigue -Coherence between different teams (product and sales for example) can be poor, leading to inefficiencies and missed goals -Over centralisation and a bias against action makes internal progress slower than it should be

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
