      Pros

      Catered lunch is a benefit I guess.

      There’s zero communication from the USA senior leadership team. The mid-level management over compensate for this lack of communication with too many mediocre, low-level updates. There are a number of toxic employees who boast about not using paid holiday, working through paid holiday days and working excessive hours outside of what’s reasonable. The Workplace team do a good job of making you feel like you’re valued and have many well being and diversity events, but most employees are so overworked that they don’t have the time to entertain such events. The product is not easy to sell outside the US, there are issues with Sales ops, impacting Sales reps getting remunerated correctly. Roll of the dice if you’re in a good team under a competent manager, if you’re unlucky you’ll often get spoken down to, with a VP taking external stresses out on staff which is humiliating and demeaning.
