Pros

Supportive immediate team with strong collaboration. Clear ownership of accounts and autonomy in day to day work. Good exposure to senior stakeholders and cross functional projects. Solid learning curve in the first 6 to 12 months. Flexible working arrangements.

Cons

Highly competitive internal culture that can feel political. Targets frequently change without clear rationale. Limited transparency from senior leadership. Progression pathways are unclear beyond CSM level. Workload can be inconsistent and reactive.

Pros

Vision and mission: Very desirable corporate vision. Committed and highly motivated people. Work environment: Warm welcome, relaxed and easy-going atmosphere as well as mutual respect. Communication: Transparent communication. Very frequent but well structured and therefore effective and efficient meetings. Team spirit: High willingness to help within the team, colleagues have an open ear. Work Life Balance: A high degree of freedom comes with a high degree of personal responsibility. Equality and diversity: Diversity is lived and valued. I perceive that gender, origin, religion, etc. do not play a role. Career / further education: Further development, taking on responsibility and contributing your own ideas are desired and appreciated - e.g. personal development budget, company wide trainings, enablement sessions within departments and teams.

Cons

Communication: You are responsible for getting the information you need - in general this is a very good way, but it can be challenging and sometimes not entirely goal-oriented or efficient, as you don't always know what you need (e.g. with new tasks). Work conditions: Open-plan office with sometimes higher noise levels, which makes it difficult to concentrate. This is usually balanced out by the fact that many employees work from home and that everyone has the opportunity to work from home. Image: As with any company, there are minor discrepancies between the external image and the reality. But unlike companies I have worked with in the past, there seems to be an effort here to work on those discrepancies.
