Cons
Lack of culture. No events for staff unless you’re in sales Very slow promotion cycle that is often suspended Extremely poor maternity pay if you’re in the UK Internal job structure changed a couple of years ago with no explanation as to how this would impact you in career progression. Previously you would have gone from associate consultant > consultant > senior consultant, with 2/3 years between each rank. Now each role is set into three separate bands which in real terms means you might then take 4/5 years to be promoted to senior consultant from consultant, which frankly is a joke.
