2moWe appreciate your feedback and DDN does focus on a supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which many employees genuinely appreciate. We try to create a office environment that is energetic and welcoming and the hybrid work model provides helpful flexibility when needed, making it easier to stay productive while managing personal commitments. That said, there are some challenges with the recent small reduction to invest in other areas of the business. Overall, the feedback has been that the Bangalore office is a good place for flexibility and balance, but there’s room for improvement so thank you for the helpful insights.
