      Some potential but come with a sword and shield

      Pros

      - There are some good people who are knowledgeable about their area of work and are happy to help others but these people are either rarely listen to or move on quite quickly. - Fairly flexible working hours and locations.

      Cons

      - Little to no cross department communication - This is the way we have always done it mind set - Very political - Some areas of internal infrastructure are lacking or non existent

      A Ruthless Place To Work

      Pros

      Good days are very rewarding! A great place for those who enjoy the mystery of what a day might hold. Pay is better than most. Good insurance at reasonable rates. 401k with a small company match.

      Cons

      Bad days are very exasperating! Scheduled changes daily. Watch your back, and keep your thoughts to yourself. If someone doesn't like you, chances are you will not stay long...not a place for those who like to rock the boat, or color outside the lines!

      Greedy, Greedy owners

      Pros

      Nice people just trying to make a living. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Terrible morale. Owners who only care about how much money they can keep in their own pockets. Layoffs every few months. They have one bad quarter and they have a string of layoffs. The company runs extremely lean which results in overworked, under appreciated and exhausted staff. Bonuses and merits are often token gestures if they're provided. They are not based on performance but rather who is liked the best.
