Pros
1.Salary on time 2.Chairman is compassionate. 3.Best Company to join as Office Assistant/ Blue Collar Job. If you stick long enough you will be promoted to White Collar. 4.If you are lazy then this is the company to be as your work will be dumped upon some underpaid poor guy.
Cons
1.HR doesn't keep track of performance of employees. Your reporting manager does(At least you will hope so). 2.If he/she is from different ethnicity god bless even if you launch a rocket it will go unnoticed. 3.Most of them sitting at top positions were born into the company. They prefer people of their ethnicity even if you are a poor performer. 4.Politics at the cost of performance of the team
