It was good, crisp, to the point and relevant questions. Gave me enough time to think and process. Felt like a conversation and it was a nice interview. The company is also good and work culture can Improve a bit but otherwise it's fine.
I applied online. I interviewed at DANUBE (Doubi) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview was professional and well-structured. The interviewer was respectful and focused on my sales background, targets, and client-handling skills. They clearly explained the role and company expectations. Overall, it was a positive experience that reflected Danube’s organized and supportive work culture.
The hiring manager made it clear that it’s a very brutal workplace where you’d be managing several jobs at once. It’s cutthroat and the salaries aren’t high for the demanding nature.
He did come from a very good place and meant well. You really can’t expect much culture from an ownership company and it would be more suited for people going into gain experience and learn here and there.
