Good Global company no work presuure

Poor HR- Hopeless. HR lady is not having background of HR or any experience. She worked like teacher as her old profile and treat employees like that. which is manipulative and very stressful. Why management give higher post for last 15 years on what basis don't know. No appraisal process. Based on your relation with Mgt Non veg not allowed.

Great coworkers, great location, amazing projects and varied work scope.

Cons

Lower than average pay, constant new ownership shuffle shutting down projects in the pipeline and freezing advancement opportunities, company culture decline under the succession of new ownership changes, lots of legacy processes and systems that encumber meaningful advancement and innovation.
