      Pros

      every position gives you a very broad view of the business and ability to work with minimum supervision. Good place to start a career

      Cons

      Constant redundancies, restructure, changes. Poor leadership, little accountability.. Company has lost it's way and most likely will need to again updated it's strategy to be able to compete with different players.
