Pros

Generally a large opportunity to gain experience, but this is lessening.

Cons

Has placed wokeness ahead of most employees. Overt discrimination amongst white collar workers. Over the past 20 years, the company has actively hired woke directors and VP's that place social wokeness ahead of performance and they have systematically replaced most employees with DEI candidates that are marginally competent. Culture is bent to discourage most conservative principles. No chance for promotion unless you are selected from the DEI pool.

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
