Pros
Diverse. Great company if you need a Green Card, as they have support for this process. Compensation is great, as there is little in the area to compete with this corporation.
Cons
So much of the company is offshore vendors. Every 3-4 years they do a purging to eliminate workers, and while purging, hire college graduates. It makes a very tense and stressful work place as no one is certain who will be eliminated.
