Pros
- Competitive income for a serving job - Staff is fun and has a community about it - Restaurant gets high traffic compared to a lot of other restaurants in the area
Cons
- The most work you will ever do in a serving job (2 hour side work) - Very late hours - Management is VERY disrespectful to staff, passive aggressive, and has power trips-- doesn't seem to care about the lives of staff outside of work - Very difficult to move up, tends to rely on outside hires
