We really appreciate your review and are so glad to have had you as a Dropout. We really appreciate your hard work and know that the back server is one of the backbones of the restaurant. In the future, we would recommend talking to your GM about the goals that you need to hit in order to grow into a serving position, as we definitely prefer to to promote from within.
