- Expect you to work long hours with horrible benefits and bad pay - the sales team makes promises the software can't deliver so you end up working overtime (no extra pay) to meet the clients deadlines/expectations - Horribly unorganized and no room for real growth unless you want to wait years and years - Make you track your time down to the minute, must always be available - will fire groups of employees at the drop of a hat -- no notice or explanation, they are immediately shutout and leftover employees are still expected to manage the same workload with half of their team missing - really high turnover because no one wants to stay once they realize what is truly going on - horrible leadership on the executive level
