      - coworkers are smart and most care about one another - good career coaching structure and clear path for level progression - good WLB for a consulting firm

      Cons

      - client/project selection criteria has gone out the window and any work that brings in money is acceptable - Omnicom has gradually chipped away at benefits and that has led to much attrition and loss of company culture
