Cons
So little pay for so much responsibility. Management is hostile 99% of the time, theres no room for growth. I was in a car accident where I flipped my car into a creek on Christmas eve during a snow storm, I was supposed to work the weekend shift, I called off because I was not okay. From that point on my manager treated me like garbage, I later found out that she was upset that she had to miss a wedding...as if I chose to flip my car into a creek. I also worked 9/12 straight weekends and was still scheduled to until I quit. I went to my manager to ask for one Saturday a month off to look for a car, they were attentive and understanding and agreed to do so. But did not and got upset when I proceeded to talk with them about it again. I scheduled an eye appointment a month in advance, with the schedule also being a month in advance, I had to reschedule four times due to schedule changes, and then was spoken to like I was stupid when I refused to change it for a 5th time. I was receiving an amazing amount of hours, and then I got COVID. When I returned my hours were cut by over half. The only answer I was given was "you knew this was going to happen when we hired new people" but the hours I was being given were handed to a newer employee. I overheard a DM ask managers on a conference call to have employees or themselves leave positive reviews on this app/cite because they "wanted to keep their ratings up" This company is actually revolting and I would absolutely rate it negative stars if I could.
