CEO has no EQ. He believes "people are code". No people are individual human beings. Listen to them and learn something. I've filled out alot of employee surveys for him and nothing changes. "Speed of Copado" means our org chart and territories constantly change, we get new strategies, alot of fire drills, last minute, half baked, training shoved down our throats when we need selling time, chaos
