This company has a big leadership issue. The CEO comes onto All-Hands looking both disheveled and not prepared. It’s shocking. There is also a serious issue with nepotism by way of salesforce and other good ole boys clubs. There are multiple leaders who have multiple serious HR complaints about them and they continue to get promoted and the folks that made the said complains are mysteriously gone. The culture is seriously bleak…hostile work environment would be a nice way to describe. This is not a place for women, POC, lgbtqia+, and/or any other minority or margalized group.

1. When I joined the company the first thing they said was "People are the code for us"...BUT you might have heard the news already that they fired 130 plus employees without giving any reason and just said that the company is going through financial crisis. 2. Despite of being a startup they don't offer a satisifactory hike to more than 80% of their employees, generally they offer only 8% to 15% hike to most of the employees but still if you are lucky and you are doing good you might get an hike of more than 25%, which is rare but even I got more than 25% hike :) but still got fired...remember "Company Crisis" 3. Job Security : a big NO...there is no job security. 4. This place is not for those who prefer working in a structured as there is No particular process for anything, maybe because they are a remote organisation. 5. No space for talent. 6. I wish we could fire the CEO as well.
