Pros
Half-day summer fridays, free coffee bar, free coffee, milk and tea on each floor. Great location, right next to a lot of public transport, restaurants, TD Garden. Generally a good atmosphere. Company seems overall very progressive in social stances.
Cons
No free parking. Leadership seems to get moved around too often, not a lot of consistency/continuity in brand direction. Doesn't provide great career development plans for employees.
