    - No overtime - Some nice colleagues - Staff discount is good

    Cons

    - management consists of family members, some which are incompetent and rude to older staffs and have high titles only due to the fact they are the MD's children. - company is always deducting pay or holding back bonuses. - some managers are very selfish and will hold back and hide things from you to prevent you from becoming better than them. - management is fond of dismissing staff without giving you valid reasons no matter how long you have worked there.
