Excellent technological solution Solving very important problems Great psychological lift from working at a cutting edge company Nice offices, good technology, plenty of free snacks and drinks
Cons
Most top management are egg-heads who are horrible managers HR can recruit and do little else Every time the CEO talks to Wall Street, the stock goes down Work/life balance is horribly off. Top execs email you all night long and expect immediate answers.
