Pros
Modern technical stack (for the most part). There is a lot of talent within the technical teams, and colleagues are friendly, knowledgable and always willing to help.
You're often working with very smart people who are experts in either a software or medical-related domain.
Cons
Older products using the legacy stack are still supported and maintained. I think that covid/WFH has dented the company culture somewhat.
