Pros
If asked me to rate pros I would say there are some good and helpful colleagues who will make your journey worthwhile and if you get good supervisor you will have ample of opportunities
Cons
Management and it's biasness..no moral or ethical support to employees earlier work culture was damn good later on it has deteriorated..people who don't have any clue to run things are sitting on prominent positions and they prefer politics over work..if you are good with politics and sweet mouthing you will survive
