There have great benefits including education/tuition assistance, jobs for all skill levels, they work within many fields of hospitality, and you have the opportunity to transfer almost anywhere in the world.
Cons
The hiring process is slow at time times since everything is done over the computer. Starting pay may be too low for some of the areas that they service.
