      I have no words or thoughts that come to mind. I did not find there was much pros to working for the company.

      Cons

      No good training for beginner/starter dietitian. The company lacks employee support or communication system. No positive work environment.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
