      Great people overall, drive to innovate, ability to impact.

      Burns people out with more than one job to do, new HR leader is not inspiring followership, lacks compassion and communication skills.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
