      Not a very long commute.

      Cons

      Colleges are under alot of pressure right now. Federal funding cuts, overseas student enrollment down. Cutting costs leads to less employees and more pressure all around.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
